The Opinion page of the 9/12/9 Plain Dealer contained an editorial "Ohio should let cities limit guns". That editorial is shown below. Also shown below is an original letter to the editor in response to that editorial. The published version of that letter to the editor was significantly shortened and lost much of its significance as shown below. This is followed by another letter that addresses the real issue of why was a felon arrested on weapons charges back on the street at all? That is a fault of the court and cannot be remedied by more gun laws. At the bottom is a link to a full response from the Buckeye Firearms Association in their website. We invite you to also write to the editor when the media reports an assault by an armed felon let back on the street and/or when calling for more gun control laws.
